I travelled in October with my Husband for a long weekend. I found this hotel online and messaged them to enquire about their renovations. A lot of pics online still show the hotel before the renovations. It is now lovely, modern and comfortable. We had a room on the 4th floor, the lift is still not working despite reviews from a year ago stating that that it would soon be up and running. The stairs weren't a problem for us but could be for older people or families. I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask for a quiet room as I had read about a popular bar below the hotel. This is busy on the weekend and could disturb if sleeping on a lower floor. The room was comfortable but small with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside tables. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also small but perfectly fine. Breakfast was included and consisted of coffee, juices, water, cakes, cold meats and cheese, bread and boiled eggs. The hotel emailed me directions on booking and we used them quite easily. We got the bus from the airport which drops off just outside the city and then followed the signs for the Rialto Bridge. The hotel is literally a 2 min walk from it. I would recommend this hotel and stay here if I visited Venice again.

Room tip: Ask for quiet room if any noise from the popular bar below the hotel could bother you

The location is great- just 2 minutes from the Rialoto bridge.

We had breakfast included in our stay which was very nice. There is a small selection of continental breakfast food, but everything you need to start your day.

The rooms have recently been refurbished and are big (probably bigger than most in Venice). They have air conditioning and a tv included.

The staff are very friendly and approachable.

We really enjoyed staying here. Being tucked away the way it was added to it’s charm. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is very stylish. I would recommend staying here.

We have stayed here for one night and that night was enough for me to understand what are the stengths and weak points of the hotel.
Hotel is located close to Ponte del Rialto, 12 mins away from San Marco Square and 2 vaporetto stations away from Santa Lucia Train station.
Hotel was recently renovated so the rooms look ok but hotel management is very stressed about the possible damages the travellers might cause and they try to take your card details that they might use if you damage something in the room.
Check-in starts at 2 pm and unfortunately the hotel rarely is able to offer early check-in or late check-out. They have a storage area where you can leave your luggage in case you arrive too early or leave too late.
The room is spacious for Venetian standards and has even a sofa in the double rooms. It has also a TV, safe, closet. Bathroom toiletries includes only shower gel and soap, no shampoo available so bring one with you. Water has good pressure and hot water is always available. Wifi is free as it is the first bottle of water from the minibar. No coffee or tea facilities which is a big minus for a 3 star hotel.
The elevator is not functioning yet so be prepared to carry your luggage on the narrow steps to your room.
Breakfast is good but be prepared to wait because there are no enough tables for the number of rooms they have. This is a big minus because if I want to eat at 9 and there is no table available it can ruin my itinerary for the day. The breakfast is good with prosciutto, salami, cheese, boiled eggs, croissants, cakes and good coffee. The only minus I could highlight here is the orange juice which has an awful taste and of course is not fresh.
All in all it was a good stay but I will think twice before booking this hotel for my next stay here.

I booked this hotel for a family trip to Venice. I noticed there had not been many TA reviews in months and so upon contacting the hotel I found one picture of the renovation and decided to take a chance and book hoping the updated picture was accurate. I was not disappointed. The entire hotel has been recently renovated from top to bottom. It is beautiful, functional and a great choice for Venice.

Like previously stated, the hotel is renovated. The beds are comfortable, linens are soft, showers are very nice as well. And, of course its clean because everything is new.

Once booked the hotel provides a map and the hotel was actually much easier to find than I anticipated. You are far enough away from the San Marco area that prices are not outrageous when on the small winding streets. Prior to our arrival I had many questions for the hotel and all of my questions via email were answered promptly and each and every employee we encountered were very nice and helpful.

A few small things: the advertised elevator (lift) was not working during our stay. Once working it would make it much easier to get to your room. Also, if on a certain side of the building there is a small bar that is very popular below and the crowd from the bar spills out onto the street making it difficult to have windows open during the evening because of the noise and smoke. The breakfast offerings are small, even for Italian hotel standards. I suggest going down for a cappuccino and then heading out for breakfast somewhere else.

I would stay in this hotel again.
