I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Although I stayed with musband & baby in a basic room (not superiour one!) but I like everything. The hotel is clean and people there are kind and helpful. The breakfast is good too. The orice also was so good compared to such clean and nice hotel

We stayed there for 1 night. Booked directly on the website so got a discounted rate with a free breakfast and welcome drink. When you arrive from the train station it is a 5 to 10 minute walk depending on the number of luggage you have. You have to cross a small cobblestoned bridge. good thing there was an area with a ramp for the luggage. The hotel is easy to find, with a lot of shops around and restaurants and fruit stands. You can walk to the vaporetto station( 5mins) if you want to have a grand canal cruise or if you have a lot of time walk to st marks square, just follow the directions they are everywhere! It's nice to walk because you get to see all the little shops. The reception is next door to the main hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating, gladly gave us a map and told us where to go for sightseeing and where to eat. The facade and interior are a bit old and tacky and they have no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the rooms however They can help you out with some luggage. The room is clean with a big bed and wardrobe and side tables but is really small! We had to walk over our luggage and the TV was not working. I like the bathroom though it is big (about 1/3 the size of the room), spotlessly clean, with bidet and the shower area was roomy with hot water and soap and shampoo. We were not able to avail of the free breakfast because our train leaves at 630am but they readily agreed to pack a "box breakfast" for us which consisted of yogurt, juice, toast, biscuits, nutella and jam spreads. I think you can't go wrong with this hotel if you just need a place to sleep and keep your luggage. After all you are in Venice and you must spend most of your time discovering the place!

Booked online direct with hotel and gained 10% discount! They had a printable pdf map after booking which helped us locate them easily. The Guglie canal is nearby and we discovered one of the vaporettos goes from there to Marco Polo airport although not aware beforehand we got the metro bus (6euro ea) to Piazza del Roma and walked the 10 mins...bit awkward for those with heavy/several cases given the bridges all have steps.
Really polite efficient checkin and we were shown straight to our room. It was next door to reception section on first floor so concierge carried one case up.Our room was at the front which I was wee bit concerned would mean street noise but the double glazing along with thick wooden shutters provided a great barrier and made it nice and dark too. The wide passage to our room doubled as a breakfast area each morning with everything laid out buffet style ( European so no cooked) and the maid brought hot drinks of choice. Our room 25 was larger than anticipated and comfy with very modern ensuite.
Hotel is situated on the main thoroughfare that you walk along to Rialto and San Marco. Our room overlooked a colorful fruit stall. We had free wifi but found the password worked better when their sister hotel (Allegro) immediately opposite was selected!! We would definitely stay here again for location and comfort.

this hotel is right in the middle of the tourist Canareggio
the rooms are good as is the bathroom
breakfast is continental but good
only problem is that our room overlooked the main street and we were woken at 5 am when the local traders started to set up their stalls and shops for the oncoming tourist trade
I can recommend the hotel but bring ear plugs if you want a good night's sleep

Room Tip: ask for a quiet room at the back although you will still get some noise

I was there with my wife for 03 nights in July 2013. Good location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby (like pretty much anywhere else in Venice). It´s an average place. The staff is ok, they do speak English. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit old with a bit o moisture. I guess the most important thing is BE SURE to ask for a room away from the refectory. That´s not too easy, for most of them are actually side-by-side with it. We woke up 7:00AM the first night with loud noises of dishes, forks, knifes, etc. Not pleasant. We complained, and the other two nights they put us on a room a bit further away.

The room was really really small. The bathroom had only room for a shower. And this we were told was the biggest, most expensive room. It was not fancy. But it was clean and nice.

The location was very central, right on a main tourist route, close to the train station, bus stop, and vaporetto. However, this meant significant street noise waking us up early in the morning. Also, the walls are really, thin, I could hear everything though them (and probably vice versa), which also meant waking up early to breakfast being set up or other people leaving their rooms. I suggest bringing ear plugs.

The breakfast they served was really yummy. I usually find hotel breakfasts bad, dry muffins and such, but I really liked the croissants and calzone-like things.

This hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible from the airport. Just around the corner from the boat stop you don't need to carry your luggage all through Venice.

The hotel is typically Venetian - small rooms but equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable and there was enough room for our suitcases. As we were not staying long hours in the hotel anyways it was just great. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean.

The free WiFi was also perfect to immediately share the pictures we have taken throughout the day.

The breakfast was truly Italian...espresso and sweet, but perfect to start the day.

I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back!
