My wife and I stayed in March of 2013 and could not not have enjoyed it more. The feel of the place is quietly elegant and very relaxing. Not far from St Marks and some great little restaurants quite close ( recommend Oliva Nera, very funny couple running the show but great food).
The rooms are very nicely appointed and the staff were a cheery crew and very efficient and could not do enough for you)
It was pretty well priced too given where it is situated.
Highly Recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous fixtures. It has a great location. The desk staff could not be nicer and they will do anything to help. The morning breakfast was amazing! We recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice!

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the water if in your budget or over the courtyard to be thrifty!

Beautiful surroundings and upgraded for free by the hotel upon arrival to a suite. All facilities provided in the room. Extremely courteous and helpful concierge services. Fantastic breakfast with a good selection of food served by lovely fun people. Loved the outdoor area with heaters. Staff cleaning rooms discreet and efficient. Lovely and warm bedroom, firm mattresses, comfortable pillows.

We arrived on a Monday evening, having just got off the Orient Express at the main station. The staff were kind and helpful, carrying our broken suitcases up to our room with no fuss whatsoever.

The room was beautiful- it was our honeymoon so we splashed out on a suite- and it was well worth it. A beautiful canal view, wonderful Jacuzzi bath and a massive bed that was quite a contrast to sleeping on the train!

Breakfast was great, we had it served in our room one day, but you get a better experience going down to the buffet in the dining room.

We spent 5 days memorable days here thanks to the hotel’s staff and excellent, central location. The prices are pretty low considering they offer a lot of services and facilities like free Wi-Fi etc.. The décor is s feast for the eyes. The hotel’s highlight is its courtyard. Almost all the tourist attractions are accessible from Liassidi like the St Mark’s square, the Grand Canal, the Greek Orthodox Cathedral etc. The hotel is also surrounded by various café’s and restaurants that serve delicious Italian food. The staff was very warm and polite and well informed as they gave us information for our city explorations. This place oozes Venetian charm and it was the best experience of our lives.

The Liassidi Palace Hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay in Venice. The room was of average size and very quiet, the bed was firm and comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome. The bathroom was HUGE and had a great shower. Everything was very clean. We were pleased to find that the hotel is smoke free (there is an outdoor courtyard where smoking is permitted). Breakfast offered a large selection. This hotel also has a private water door for personal arrival and departure by water taxi.

This was our third stay here, and we love it. It is very central and quiet. The rooms are lovely and very clean, and the beds are huge and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the waitresses lovely and helpful. Just a bit strange about the bar in the courtyard (which is new this year). It does advertise that it is open until midnight, but closes at 9~30 or 10~30, but not midnight. Get this right and it would be perfect..... The first year the inside bar was open, the second year we were served by the concierge, and this year the court yard with the issues mentioned. We think the court yard bar is lovely and should continue, but make a decision about what is available when....
