Just passed by and the place was quiet but the fact they did wine tasting convinced me to stay. We just had pizza and it was very good. Amarone wine tasting was a great plus. Also tried a few Amarone grappa very nice.

Stopped in for a glass of wine and snacks. Bought wine at the wine shop and they were able to deliver to our hotel. Wonderful service.

You feel like a very welcome guest there. All who love wine would be satisfied with the wine itself (wide range of choice) and the close companion of them (these are all around you there). Great food as well. Reasonable prices. They have the tables outside but it is worth to get in - even during a hot day there is a lovely chillout.

Wonderful little place in the San Polo district of Venice. It happened to be just around the corner from our wonderful hotel (Ca' Angeli) and was recommended to us by several friends who had been there. They have a few outside tables, so we enjoyed eating outside and watching the light foot traffic go by. Great wine list, and all of our food was delicious. Very quick service for Italy and if I was back in Venice I would definitely go again!

all'Amarone was the beginning to a wonderful evening. We happened upon this back alley (isn't all of Venice back alleys?) after a poor choice in dining around the corner. We had one of their wine samplers (45euros) which was a great way to try some local wines! After that we bought a bottle of wine from that sampler and some delicious bruschetta tastings! The staff was helpful with our bad italian, and very quick to help. The wine selection was outrageous and there is a bottle for every budget. The food was amazingly good and the other selections that came out looked fantastic too!

Although we could be biased since this is where I asked my future wife to marry me!

We will be back soon!
