Traveling with a group of 5, Ca' del Nobile was our first stop in our tour of Italy. It did not disappoint. Nestled in a quiet spot, located between St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, this hotel, best described as a boutique hotel, is perfect. Each room has a cozy warmth feeling to them. The best part of Ca’ del Nobile is the hospitality and customer service.
As soon as we arrived (early evening) we were greeted by Nicola, who checked us in and showed us to our rooms. One of people in our party accidentally left a bag at the airport. When Nicola was informed of this, he immediately said not to worry; he would take care of it. A few hours later, bag was at hotel. Nicola personally went and picked up the bag. That’s going above and beyond.
Among other things, Nicola and his staff recommendations of restaurants (where local Venetians eat and food is amazing), providing gluten free breakfast for one of our parties allergy sensitivies, and tips and recommendations of Venice that were spot.
So much more can be said about hospitality and quality Ca’ del Nobile, but it would not be as great if it wasn’t for Nicola and his staff. Thank you and don’t make the mistake of picking another place to stay in Venice, pick Ca’ del Nobile.More
