We were so pleased to find this hotel on TripAdvisor even before arriving! The hotel were very quick to respond to our emails when booking and provided helpful advice with directions and information before arrival. On arrival we were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location close to the sightseeing highlights and on a picturesque square. We went for a standard room which was well appointed and whilst it had no view, we sat on the 1st floor balcony overlooking the square to enjoy watching the world go by. The staff were all friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfasts were plentiful and offered a wide variety of food. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Room tip: Book direct with the hotel - you may be pleasantly surprised.

This hotel has a great location, not very hard to find. Just pick up a map at the train station. The exterior has a charming appeal, blends in with the other building.

The staff are very nice and very accommodating, they attended our our needs with out question. Check in was fast, friendly and easy.

There are no elevators but they do have a porter to carry your heavy bags. We were on the second floor, stairs are a little steep not flat, 17 steps to first floor then another 21 steps to second. Your legs will feel it once to walk up.

Room was nice, large with a quen size bed. Small tv (but you wont be watching much tv) with very few English speeking channels.

The bath room was big, with a larger tub and two shower set ups. The shower glass like all hotels in Italy do not cover the entire shower, only about one third. But that's not a problem. Very little sink counter space but you will make due.

They do offer breakfest in the morning, was not bad, could have offered a little more food items, as you get in other same priced hotel.

Over all this was not a nad hotel for a one night stay. If I was to stay longerI might think twice about staying again.

This is a beautiful building with unique comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the stairs! The bath is up several stairs and there is no elevator to the hotel rooms. However, the stay was worth every step.

Great Hotel off the main tourist beat. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff with great advice for nearby restaurants and general tips. Great breakfast included.
Would highly recommend.
Really good location with easy and quick access to both St Marks piazza and Rialto bridge areas
