Good for a cheap hotel. I felt there were some important things missing which was a TV, iron and proper towels. Hair dryer looked like a vacuum. Very very thin walls as we could hear everything next room, which was not comfortable. Hotels is quite and the staffs are good and help. Break fast wasn't very great but again ok for the budget. Little bad smell always around as wasn't sure it was from a drainage block somewhere. Toilet was good. But very small shower. Overall good for your budget but would need more for 60 euros a night.

Room Tip: Not bad for your money

Very good location. Clean an tidy rooms. Good value for money.
Absolutely recommended as a budget hotel.
The staff is very helpful. The breakfast option is poor, so don't be exited as its included in rent.
Better to eat in restaurant. In general I'm giving 4.

Room Tip: Get a top floor room. You might get a nice view.

The hotel rooms are actually apartments which is pretty cool! What makes it even cooler is the affordable rate for my family's budget!

Strangely, the receptionist office and the hotel apartments are in separate locations, couple blocks away from each other. It was quite a drag having to lug our luggage from the office to our apartment through the narrow pathways of Venice and the flight of stairs to our room! No elevator. Whelp, I guess that's a small trade-off my family had to withstand for the affordable price of this hotel.

The apartment was plain and clean. It was comfortable enough for my family to rest for a couple of days in adventurous Venice. The apartment hotel room consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom.

From what I remember... Living room has a queen size bed (around that size), extra mattress (covered), table, and chairs. Kitchen looks like an ordinary apartment kitchen with appliances, stove, kettle, and fridge. They even have utensils and dishware! Obviously, always clean them for precaution! The kitchen's outlook does look a bit shabby, but it's bearable. Bathroom is good enough. It was my first time seeing a Bidet. Had no idea what it was for until I looked it up just now lol. Master bedroom contains a large dresser and queen size bed (something around that size).

Receptionist was kind, informative, and fluent in English!

Like other reviews said, the apartment hotel is smacked in the heart of the city. Great walking distances to popular shops, stores, restaurants, tourism, and boat transportation.

Having stayed in hostels all over Europe (Being students), we got this hotel at a price of 60 Eur for 3 people, which is comparable to the costliest hostel we've stayed in (Interlaken / Naples etc.) and hence was in our budget. The rooms were nice, clean but were a little stuffy and the lighting was very dull.

The location of the hotel was good though, just a 5 minute walk from the Venezia Mestre train station and a 7-8 minute walk from the Grand Canal. The street on which the hotel is located has lot of cheap eating options and good shops nearby for all your shopping / souvenirs. The hotel even serves free breakfast, similar to what you get in all the hostels in Europe - bread, jam, butter, cheese, coffee, tea, juice etc. and the breakfast courtyard is nice.

The staff was good and suggested us good options for eating. They even upgraded us free to an ensuite bathroom room at the same price as they ran out of common bathroom rooms (which we had reserved).

Don't be put off by pictures of the outside from the alley. The room we had was a good size, comfortable room with a very clean functional ensuite. There was no television in the room but in Italy that is no great loss. The breakfast was a nice simple buffet with good coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to find, just off one of the main routes from the train station to San Marco not too far to carry luggage. The area the hotel is in is a quieter less touristy part of Venice but an interesting area to walk around , with restaurants and shops near by and the main attractions easily accessable.

Room Tip: Noise from the street is not a problem, but as there is no lift people who find stairs difficult should ask if a ground floor , or easily accessible, room is available.
