We stayed for two nights in August. Very close to train station, vaparetto boats, easily within walking distance to everything. When you look at a map, it looks like everything is far away, but a few back streets and bridges can get you anywhere you want to go. The front desk made phone calls for us to confirm tours that we had booked before we left. We did the breakfast the first morning, staff was very accomodating, the 2nd morning we just brought coffee back to our room. Our second evening we ate at the little restaurant right across the alley, they let us take our wine back to our room. Room was clean, large and a comfortable bed. Price is high compared to what you would get by Canadian standards, but because of its location it's very worth the price. Would definatley recommend this hotel, and would not hesitate to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here three nights in May. We wanted a small hotel near the train station. It was perfect. We only had a couple of bridges to cross and did so very easily. We learned this from our first visit to Venice. The directions the hotel emailed us on their location were very helpful. We loved the location, it was close to the water taxis, restaurants and shops. But, also very quiet and cozy. Very low key which we love about the European Way. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was delightful with very nice staff. Simple items to choose from but fresh bakery items from a local bakery. We had the room on the first floor which was very convenient. The room and bathroom were very clean. Very good value. We will stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

Stayed here twice for a week. Nice family hotel with very friendly stuff. Great location in a quite place, which is just about 15 minutes from San-Marco and 5 minutes from bus and train stations, so you won't have to get over numerous bridges with your suitcases. Some rooms have separate entrance from the courtyard. Rooms are pretty small, but clean and designed in venetian style.
Traditional italian breakfast with coffee and croissants is included.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in May. We stayed in a triple room in the back. It was absolutely perfect! Very quiet and comfortable! The breakfast each morning in the quaint breakfast room was so nice! We also enjoyed using the same room in the evenings to use the wifi that worked great! It is very close to the train station. Only up and over 2 bridges. Our room did have a stairwell that went straight up when you walked in the door so if you are elderly and do not like stairs make sure to check on this. We would defiantly stay here next time we visit beautiful Venice! :)

We've just stayed at this delightful B&B for three nights. It is very easy to find. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are multilingual. Our room (economy) was very clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom was big for an economy room and the breakfast was fine.
The B&B is only a few hundred metres away from the bus station, the train station and the vaporetto stops. The first thing you see when you leave the station at Piazzale Romana is the canal with small bridges and colourful houses. The location of the B&B is lovely! The area is very quiet, which is a bonus. All the sights are within walking distance. I wish we could have stayed longer! I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed at this really nice B&B for 3 nights before a cruise and chose this hotel for its fast accessibility both from public transport and car park and because of the positive reviews here. We were not disappointed: The receptionist was friendly and very helpful, e.g., with sightseeing tips. The room (superior) was cosy and quiet. The breakfast selection was a bit limited but that's not really an issue in Venice with lots of great cafes. If again in Venice, we'd stay there again.

My friend and I stayed in this lovely B & B for four nights. The hotel is very close to the bus station and the reception from all of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is incredibly good value for Venice. The rooms are clean and comfy and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family looking for a place to stay in Venice. The B & B is perhaps a 15 minute walk to San Marco. Thoroughly recommend!
