we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. As diamonds members we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful room. My husband had called ahead and let them know we were there for a 25th anniversary. We received some champagne, strawberries and a heart made of rose petals on our bed! My daughter stayed in the room next door and her view was even better than ours. We used the convenient water shuttle service, executive area and pool area. All were top quality. We also went to the breakfast buffet. Very yummy.
The only negative during this stay was the hotel needs to do a little more up keep on the rooms. Carpets needed cleaning. Also no top sheet? A sheet covering the mattress but none under the comforter. I did not call down so the hotel did not know about this. Or is this a Venice thing?

My daughter and I stayed at Hilton Molino Stucky for one night in May and were very happy with every aspect of the hotel. The porters were very helpful with carrying our bags over the bridge on our way to the vaporetto and the executive lounge was well stocked and the staff there very friendly. We were upgraded to a suite with views of the backside of the hotel but even without the Venice view the hotel room was quite comfortable and spacious. It's location is ideal if you want quiet yet it is a quick vaporetto or shuttle ride to Venice. Overall very pleased with this property.

We just returned from our stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, and we LOVED it. The open beams in the rooms were beautiful. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. This is one of the nicer hotels I have ever been in, and we were very pleased with our stay. We slept very well--despite the 6.0 earthquake! I definitely recommend this hotel.

The bedrooms were tired!
The staff have been courteous but not particularly helpful.
Breakfast card dirty that much you cant event touch or read it.
Shower hose leaking and when engineer coming to fix it he just walking trough your clean bathmat with dirty shoes and leaving just like that after.
Main door not closing properly, find twice door left open after room been serviced.
Spot light in bathroom, guest corridor and by the guest lift were hanging for all 3 days of our stay.
Avoid better!!!!!

Room Tip: Avoid!!!! staying in!!!

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and it was superb!

The location isnt ideal if you want to be in the centre of all the sights, but is perfect if you want somewhere away from all the crowds at the end of the day.

The free shuttle boat runs at approx every 30 mins or so which is good. One thing i would advise is to check the times of the public boats and try and tie these in with the hotel boat as if you miss it you can be left waiting for 40 mins which can be a pain!

The hotel is large but the staff seemed to have time for everyone.

The hotel is pricey but thats to be expected in a 5* in Venice.

Overall a lovely stay!
