Nothing to complain about except I didn't feel like we were in Venice. It could have been any 5 star hotel in any city. Great views from the rooftop bar overlooking Venice and great sunrises and sunset photos.

We booked this Hilton for two nights as the last leg of our Italian vacation. As is the case with almost all Hilton hotels, the rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. After walking around so much during our trip, their comfortable bed was exactly what we needed to rest up and relax.
It wasn't hard for us to find this hotel, as we simply followed the directions given by the staff via email using the Vaporetto service. This Hilton isn't on the main Venice island but they provide a complimentary shuttle service that goes at least once every hour to the main center of the city. This turned out to be a huge advantage as we didn't have to rely on any other form of transportation, hence saving good money! And since almost everything closes in Venice around midnight, there's not much you can do in the main city anyway. Better to come back to your hotel, and relax on their rooftop pool or in one of their restaurants (Nutella cafe was a great option!)
Unlike what most people expect from staff of large chain hotels, the team at this Hilton was helpful, courteous and always eager to make your stay more and more comfortable.
Oh and let's not forget the signature Hilton buffet breakfast. Even if it isn't included in the room rate....GET THE BREAKFAST! You won't regret it :)
All in all, a great end to a great trip!

I absolutely love this hotel not because of the luxury it offers but because of the history that you encounter as soon as you step out of the shuttle boat. The hotel had been a flourmill mill a few decades ago and you can still see the beams inside and many other original features. The building is an art masterpiece itself and looks stunning from outside. The atmosphere is very romantic and gives a cosy "home" feel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean. The view from our window was stunning, the room was facing Giudecca canal and it was wonderful watching big cruise ships passing by early in the morning. The breakfast was a typical Hilton breakfast, great variety, good quality, helpfull staff. Definitely worth visiting, especially if you like being spoiled:-)

This hotel is fantastic but it does take some effort to get there and it is definitely a place you would want to spend a few nights. if you're going for one night or even two, don't bother. Getting there is a challenge and their directions online are not the best, but once you DO get there, it is well worth the journey. As long as you have time to enjoy it.

The hotel is across the canal from the main area of Venice so accessing any of the tourist areas or main shopping or dining areas needs to be done via the boat shuttle. So, as long as you're not in a hurry, it's great.

the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. it is actually one of the nicest Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. Our room was amazing (we were upgraded from the room I had booked with Hilton) and they gave us a suite, which was bigger than most Italian apartments. A large living room, an equally large bedroom and a lovely bathroom. The bed was amazing, the shower was fantastic and it was quiet.

The hotel has lots of amenities to enjoy and I only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy them. Like I said, this is the kind of place that you need to spend a FEW nights. but overall it was really lovely and we will go back, especially now that we know how to actually reach the hotel.

The most romantic hotel I have ever stayed at. The perfect combination between the upper class service level of Hilton hotels and the romantic scene and style from Venice comes together at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. Go to the roof to have a beautiful view over Venice and don't forget to book breakfast: it is amazing!

Great Hotel with superb views of Venice.

All the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I have to particularly thank Annimi Schifferegger, Gloria Bevilacque and Marko Ludovici for all their help to my wife and myself during our stay.

The hotel provides a complimentary water bus transfer from the hotel to Zattere and St. Marks Square, again brilliant service. On the roof was a lovely pool area with again marvelous views of Venice and Giudecca Island.

We are Hilton Gold members but unfortunately no upgrade! Fortunately we had already paid extra for an Executive room which gives access to the Lounge with a very good breakfast and evening hot snacks with drinks. The lounge is a little bit small. Even though my profile request high floor we were give a room on the second floor immediately above the shuttle water bus dock, very noisy all night as it is continually moving in the water. The room was small for an Executive room and also quite dark, needs more lighting in the wardrobe area.

Once again thanks to Annimi, Gloria and Marko.

The driving directions to the hotel were incomplete, and we ended up quite confused about which boat shuttle to take from the parking garage. Staff is mixed between helpful and unhelpful people. When we check in the staff was divided over whether to be helpful or not--after much persistence, we were allowed to change our room (which was prebooked for 3, but too small). The second bellhop we worked with gave us most of the information we needed about the hotel that the front desk staff and first bellhop did not give us. Same at breakfast and in the hallways--some helpful, some less so. The restaurants were fine, but limited and not spectacular or memorable--you can special order things at breakfast like eggs, but they don't make this obvious. This hotel is significantly better than most options in Venice, and on a separately island with a frequent shuttle service that is pleasant and fun, but you are not at the best Hilton you have ever been in.
