Booked this hotel through Citalia and from the photos it looked lovely. We were disappointed with the size of the room and the standard of it. The net curtains were grubby, the curtain tie back broken, the walls badly scuffed and the fabrics and furnishing shabby. There was also mild around the bath. The location was excellent and so I think this hotel does not have to try to hard to remain fully booked!

I booked this hotel through Citalia, after checking the brochue the room looked lovely and it was labelled as a standard double room. What we actually got was a room with mould on the ceilings, dirty marks & holes all over the walls, a TV that didn't work and clumps of dust on the floor. When we complained to reception we were told that there was nothing that could be done until the following day as they were fully booked. However after speaking to our rep we were shown a different room that was tiny(you couldn't walk around the sides of the bed) but at least it was clean and also unoccupied (this was a good 5 hours later) but we were STILL not allowed to move until the next day. Upon returning home I submitted a complaint which I have just have back basically calling us liars. I would never stay at this hotel again!!!!!

This hotel was located exactly between the Rialto Bridge and St Marco Square. A perfect place to set up base to explore the laneways of Venice.

We stayed on the ground floor. The room was a little noisy because it was at the front of the hotel but the size of the room was amazing. It was more like a suite. Two bathrooms, a living room and a super comfy bed.

Across the hotel was a little cafe which had a delicious Aperif and it walk out in the main square were affordable family friendly restauraunts.

The breafast was simple but was all you need after a night of pizza and pasta.

During our stay we did not see any families at the hotel it was all small groups and couples. I would recommend to everyone. It was a gem in an expensive city.

This hotel was a wonderful base for our 3 night stay in Venice.
The directions provided by the hotel were excellent. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Sant'Angelo stop on the Grand Canal. Staff are friendly, approachable and the maid service is excellent. They offer free Wi-fi. The rooms are clean, comfortable and of a good size. There is a jacuzzi style bath which was a nice surprise. The breakfast area is quiet and clean and there are plenty of continental options for breakfast including pasties, juices, cheese and cereals (tea too!). There is a lovely wine bar opposite the hotel which is a nice way to relax after a busy day or to relax at before you head back to the airport. There are lots of places to eat nearby too. If you go down the back of the hotel (down the small alley) there is also a supermarket and wine bar. If you go past the supermarket, you'll shortly find yourself on the Grand Canal! It's about a 5 min walk away and you can see the Rialto bridge which is another couple of minutes away. In summary a lovely hotel in the centre of Venice. Would highly recommend!

If you are after a hotel with a great location this one fits the bill. The rooms are basic, touch of mould in the bathroom but generally clean. Breakfast didn't offer a great variety but was of a good standard. Free wifi had a good service. Service was nice a friendly. I can't really say snugging bad about the hotel but can't gush about it either.

Small hotel at a very good location. Close to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Vaporetto stop nearby. Take the boat from the airport. The room was very small, place for bed only. Room price is high considering the size of the room. Hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok.
