We crossed this bridge on way to funicular, then again on the way back. Spent a little time on the bridge looking at the view up the river and listening to the man playing the piano in the middle of the bridge. Good atmosphere.

Medieval bridge, very well preserved. It can get crowded as all tourists take pics here, but it's a nice place to take a walk and it's probably the most iconic place in Verona, after Giulieta's balcony. Also there's a beach nearby very nice in spring and summer.

While visiting the castle we took a walk over this bridge, gives a great sense of medieval times in Verona, plenty of tourists taking photos, nice walk over the bridge & back

Understand it’s been repaired and rebuilt but really gives a feel of the medieval past. Small but full of character

Located close to the castle has nice views to and from the city. Ideal to combine it with a visit to the castle to understand it’s importance and strategic location.
