We had a very pleasant stay at the BW Firenze in Verona, Italy, and I have to agree with previous reviews regarding the short walk from the train station to the hotel---it truly was only about 10 minutes walk. The location is great. A few minutes walk to the Piazza Bra where there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. Our room was clean and airy; not stuffy. With the blond wood floors and pastel colored bed linens, it made the room seem very bright. There's a tea/coffee making tray included in your room along with a small refrigerator. Instead of a walk-in closet, there was a wardrobe. The bathroom had the usual shower, toilet, and bidet. There was also a hair dryer, and a basket of toiletries for your use. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable hotel, in a great location for all of the sights in Verona. Buy a Verona pass from the helpful reception staff, and then wander all over the city from your doorstep. We walked all, over the city, enjoying a beer or coffee on the pavement cafés when the heat got too much! The breakfast has plenty of choice, including a selection of organic juices and yoghurt . As others say, reasonably priced, includes free wifi. If we ever came back to Verona, this is where we would stay

Pleasantly surprised that location to the old town was an easy walk . Very close to so many restaurants, and shops and the beautiful historical architecture and points of interest. Hotel rooms are clean, god size with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Very reasonably priced as well.

Thanks Tripadvisor. Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, superb room and reasonable rate. Ideal location, midway between rail station and town centre. Hard to fault - but pillows are on the hard side!

Ten minutes walk from the station and a little less to the Old Town. Piazza Bra is just the other side of the city walls with an arcade of over a dozen restaurants on the left and the Arena on the far side. The Easter market was in situ on the square which was fascinating. Not least the Pugliese Bread kiosk which displayed loaves the size of a small house! Rooms were nicely appointed, bathrooms well equipped clean with no road noise to speak of despite being right on the Corso Porta Nuova which is a busy dual carriageway. Modern spacious bathroom, safe tucked away in the wardrobe. Good selection in breakfast - fruit, cheeses, meats, cereal, sausages, bacon, breads etc. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and Verona itself actually. Ideal for a long weekend.
