I have stayed 1 night at this hotel it has a perfect location 10 min walk to train station and another 10 min to main square and arena. Room is very spacious and clean with a small balcony. Breakfast is excellent with lots of varieties and great and quick service. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend it.

I stayed for 4 in this hotel in the summer. The staffing is very friendly. We had a rented car so they provided us with an indoor parking lot (for a fee of 20euros per day). For us it was a good deal.

It is walking distance to the walls and the Arena.

Breakfast was good as well.

I had one night in the city and wanted somewhere close to the centre but also that made it easy to get to the bus station, this hotel ticked those boxes.
I arrived at 1pm and the receptionist checked me in and stored by bag for me until the room was ready, it was a very quick and friendly process.
My room was amazing, the air conditioning was running when I got in which was much appreciated. It was large, clean and very nicely decorated.
The bar staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was perfect for what I wanted and the room was bright.
I would definitely staff at this hotel again in the future and recommend it to anyone else looking in this area.

We where going to see Opera in the Arena, and we looked for a hotel close to the city center. Also it should be a hotel, with a good reputation. Our choice fell on BW Firenze i Verona. A very good hotel with good service, fine rooms and an excellent breakfast, which we don´t see everywhere. Parking is a little bit difficult in Verona, so order parking together with your reservation.
Next time we are going to Verona, it would certainly be at BW Firenze.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon and were able to find parking on the street which was paid until 8pm and then free after that which saved the cost of 20 euros for the hotel parking. Parking is free on Sunday so that worked well for us.

We were in the hotel annex a few door away. It had some nice design features, beautiful bathroom with all singing and dancing shower, electric blinds which you can operate from bed. Our room was large with a little kitchen, dining table, sofa and balcony. We were facing the fstreet which was only noisy when the bin men came to remove the rubbish/garbage at 5.00am. Bed was hard for me but my husband slept fine. A choice of pillows would be useful.

The location of the hotel was good for visiting the city. We went to an opera in the Arena which finished late so it was nice to be close by for walking back.

Breakfast is served in a basement dining room. It was very crowded at the time when we arrived and although we managed to find a table, it was a little confusing with so many people trying to serve themselves and not sure where things were.

All the hotels in the city were expensive at that time, but we did pay a lot more than we did the night before for a really nice hotel.

This morning the song Blue Velvet was playing when I entered the dining room for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is quite excellent with all sorts of delicious breads, meats, eggs, cakes, fruits, and any form of coffee or tea you could want. Besides the breakfast the hotel is quite clean. Our room was large and comfortable, especially since Verona was hot and our room was nicely air conditioned. The lobby is small and a bit drab but check in went quickly and the staff has been helpful. This hotel is not a luxury hotel but it is perfectly serviceable.

Helpful, professional and courteous staff (both Reception and Cleaning). Close to Historic Centre & railway station. Our room (or should I say rooms) was modern, clean, comfortable, extremely quiet, in a separate building, facing the back. Expecting a triple room but were given an apartment with our own cooking facilities and a partition wall between two bedrooms. Breakfast was fantastic, the choices were too numerous to mention, both hot and cold, great selection of fresh melons. Welcome chocolate on arrival. Outstanding and would definitely recommend. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Room Tip: As for a quiet room as we did, and you may just be lucky enough to stay in the separate building fac...
