Hotel lies very conveniently nearby the Train station, just a short walk to the centre of the along a wide and quiet boulevard. A rather large hotel with a few different types of rooms, some with balconies. Quiet neighborhood despite the rather central location. Good standard of rooms, some with jacuzzi, good breakfast with large variety of choices, nice served. Good and quick service on the arrival/departure.
Breakfast is very expensive in our opinion.
Rooms are rather small. We asked for a quiet superior room but unfortunately got quite the opposite, a room near the house-keeping storage room, with the high-louded cleaning and running from 08,00 until at least 17,00. Very unpleasant, strange to get such a room when we asked for quiet and undisturbed stay. Do not think we will return for another stay.

Room tip: Do not take room near the housekeeping room.

Stayed before, been renovated, offers very comfortable rooms, great staff, terrific location, very good value ( except when they treble the price on Opera season).
We stayed one night on the way in to Italy which was before the Opera, and tried to book our return, which was during the Opera, only to find prices jacked up.
Other that that, would recommend.

Paid extra for king executive rooms and was worth the extra space. Well situated for main sights.
Breakfast was reasonably priced at 10 euros but due to groups staying and eating together sometimes had to wait for hot food to appear

We stayed here with friends for 4 nights and had rooms across the hall from each other which meant we could easily visit.

Until recently our hotel chain of choice had been Accor (Novotel/Mercure range) but, if this hotel is anything to go by, we would now consider Best Western first.

The staff were welcoming and the rooms were well appointed with efficient air conditioning. The room felt spacious with plenty of storage space, meaning we could easily store our luggage and belongings.

The breakfast was lovely - a wide selection and regularly topped up (even as they headed towards end of service).

The location was great - an easy walk to both the old town and the train station for day trips to Venice and Lake Garda.

Overall, we were very impressed with both the hotel and the location!

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was close to the station and a short taxi ride from the airport as well as being a 10 min walk from the city. Our family room on the 5th floor was light, bright and spacious with a great view from the balcony. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had efficient air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, even though quite firm. It was lovely to have a fridge in the room to keep milk for tea and coffee, and there was plenty of cupboard space to store clothes etc. The buffet style breakfast was excellent value with a good choice of hot and cold food and drink. All the staff were friendly and polite.

Room tip: If you like a powerful hair dryer, take one with you.
