We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the De Capuleti. Our room was a decent size, comfortable, clean and bright. Our room was quiet and we slept well. Housekeeping could not be faulted. Breakfast selection was one of the best we have had in Italy - large variety of fresh fruit; rolls, pastries and cakes; cheeses, cooked meats, fresh eggs to boil. Location was good for Verona centre (Piazza Bra less than 10 mins) and the station, from which we took day trips to other local cities, about 15-20 mins walk. We would certainly stay there again.

The hotel blew my expectations away! For a cheapish 3 star hotel, I was not expecting much, but the room was massive, everything stylish and modern, and very clean. Only problem was that the wifi didn't work very well, I wanted to upload my photos of this amazing city! The hotel was about a 5-10 minute walk from the main centre, Piazza Bra, of Verona and it was perfect! Felt like I was staying in luxury. Room had a nice-ish view, would've been better if there weren't tradesmen visible. Also had a small balcony. Breakfast was very nice too. Definitely recommend!

Room Tip: Ask for one off the main road if possible, it was great

This hotel has been a real surprise! Being "only" a 3-stars, I expected an average service: meanwhile it has everything you need for a cool stay, it is new and the staff is gentle. Be prepared for open WI-FI, very comfortable beds (but hard pillows!), free thè/coffee in-room, new furnitures, big shower, domotic shower lights, good soaps (Dove), good and soft set of towels, very nice breakfast with high-quality milk, wonderfl temperature in room, free parking (if not yet used by other guests). I didn't try the SPA, though unfortunately it costs (25€) and it is not always available. Overall price is in line and totally accettable, considering the level.

Room Tip: Room 502 was tiny and cool.

The photos of the lobby capture the Italian style that pervades this appealing hotel. Essentially it's a bed & breakfast, yet it ticks all the boxes. Situated within easy walking distance of the famed arena, it is ideal for a reasonably-priced family weekend in the attractive historic city of Verona. The bedroom was plenty large enough for me, my six-footer husband and growing (nearly) teenage son, with a stylish bathroom and very comfy beds. There was even a small balcony. The hotel staff were very friendly, and organised taxis etc with no fuss. The whole experience was like that of a much larger hotel - quiet, efficient, extremely clean - but with the warmth of a small family-run business. Perfetto!
