We arrived by train and walked from the train station to the hotel, it took us maybe 20 minutes.
The checkin staff was not very helpful, it felt mostly like we were disturbing them - they barely said hello to us. We later got help from another person in the frontdesk, Anna, she was really friendly and service minded.
Our room was very nice and clean, the shower was very good. During the first night we realised the walls and door had no real sound isolation though, our room was close to the elevator which made a sound every time it arrived - we heard the sound loud and clear inside the room, also peoples conversations in the hallway and from the adjacent rooms.
The breakfast included was very good, with a good variation.
The hotel has a very good location, at first you may think it is a little "off" but it is a very short walk to the arena.More
