Easy access from motorway, free parking and good modern stylish rooms. Breakfast std for this type of hotel. Ideal in my mind for tourist as it offers a shuttle service to town centre. It is essentially a business hotel so prob best to eat out. Good helpful service.
this is very much a business hotel. whilst a free shuttle bus service runs to the town it is infrequent and the first run starts at 11am which is a bit late if you want to see stuff before the city wakes up. Outside of this issue, the overall standard is below what one would expect from a Crowne Plaza in, say, UK. The breakfast was particularly poor, with food just warm and not replineshed when things run out. we had one meal in the evening. The vegetables were overcooked. The swimming pool is tiny. The steam room is only heated in the evening. All in all disappointing stay

Yes it’s a bit out of town however the rooms, meals, bar and staff make the experience enjoyable.
Caught the shuttle bus a few times which is convenient and only a short trip to the city.
Front desk staff were incredibly helpful.
Room very clean and a bit more space than we anticipated and everything worked.

Returning from a four day business trip to Verona . We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the last few years and found the hotel to maintain a consistent standard - functional , clean and professional . Perfect for a business stay .... lacking in atmosphere perhaps for a tourist . It offers safe convenient parking and a shuttle service into the city with a drop off and pick up service close to the Arena which is useful in a city centre with challenging parking !
