OMG how fortunate were we to find Laura, she is truly a world-class hostess, nothing but nothing was beyond her ability to produce effortlessly, the villa is beautiful, our room loked like a fashion shoot such taste such elegance, the breakfasts are simply to die for, this lady (and her charming partner) know exactly how to make you feel welcome and a part of her life. Thank you, thank you, thank you Laura for a wonderful and truly memorable stay

Room Tip: Just be grateful for any room offered - it will not disappoint......!!!

Upon arriving in a taxi we were expecting somewhere else as the outside looked different than we imagined from the pictures but once we were inside and we met Laura we were completely in love. The place was beautiful, both the room and the outside terrace place. I could go on about every detail like I've seen other people do but I think you'll probably already have a picture of how nice it looks.

Great location, great breakfast and Laura was super helpful speaking fantastic English for us ignorant British!

This really was one of the best B&B's of my life. I liked everything. Before all, our room was big, clean and full of light. The design was wonderful - very cozy, every detail was well-thought. The bed was very comfortable too. Laura, the proprietess, is a very friendly and attentive person. I felt like I was visiting a good friend who was happy to see us. Laura gave us helpful advice about sightseeing in Verona and good restaurants around, she gave us a lot of maps and marked everything we needed and shortest way to get there! She made breakfast for us for herself - and it was delicious. I never thought that the sandwich with ham, fresh vegetables and olive oil can be so tasty! Also the coffee and tea was wonderful too. There was a little fridge for guests in the corridor near our number - that was very useful for us. The location is also very good - the B&B is situated in 10 minutes walk from city center (The Ponte Pietra and the viewpoint of Castel San Pietro is also nearby). The street is quiet, with a lot of nice houses and sweet gardens around. It's quiet there, you can hear birds singing and smell flowers around! The B&B has also its little garden with arbor, where you can take breakfast. I'll definetely returnn here!

We stayed here 2 nights in May 2013:

Extraordinary service and personal touch of the lady owner,
Cosy B&B in well maintained suburb on 10 min walk of Ponte Pietra (old city centre) nicely decorated rooms on ground floor and in souterain.
We really enjoyed 2 rooms during our stay, but preferred the 2nd: bigger room in the souterain with bigger bathroom.
The owner gives nice information about all you need, sites to visites, markets, history of the town, alternative activities during bad weather etc etc. Good job Laura, we really enjoyed staying and come back for sure during our next of Verona!

I would highly recommend this place as a very cosy place that makes you feel at home. It is strategically well located, only 10 minutes walk from the old centre, and yet it has also available parking on the street! The hostess Laura did not mind our arrival after midnight, and offered tea and biscuits at such a late hour- really exceptional! The breakfast is tailored for all needs- you could get sweet and savory things, all fresh and tasty. The rooms are freshly renovated, clean and decorated with taste.
I have no hesitation to recommend this place.

Another couple and us rented 2 bedrooms with bath from October 22, 2012 through October 25. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by our hostess, Laura Estrafallaces. Laura toured us through the lovely apartment. We had lunch that first day in the garden. The rooms were very comfortable and Laura was an excellent hostess. She set breakfast out in the morning and recommended things to see and do. Laura also recommended a couple of nearby restaurants which were excellent. The location is a short walk to the old town. There is street parking and we found a parking spot across the street. All in all a memorable experience.

Room Tip: We had the first bedroom on the left which was tastefully decorated.
