I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend. The room was average size, but with a sloping roof that made it quite low on one side. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was acceptable but certainly not luxurious. You know the sort: thin towels, a bit sparse with the soap, etc.
So it was on course for a 4 circle rating, but then the breakfast really was cheap and modest, which drags it down. Basic food, a few thin slices of processed ham and cheese, coffee from a machine where you just press a button. This is Italy, not America!
I think there was a congress on in town at the time, so the room was expensive too. If you get it for a lower price it would be worth it, but head out for breakfast.

We really regret that your stay was not as per your expectations.
We have attic rooms but we have never encountered problems with our customers. If someone does not ask for a change want the loft bedroom always satisfied everyone, but usually it's something that does not happen because many like the attic.
The breakfast leaves us puzzled as is our strong point is said by the customers and what we care a lot. At that time there were several conferences in Verona in the city and the prices change from day to day.
We hope that you please give us another chance. Thanks for your comments and suggestions

This is by far the best hotel we've stayed at yet on our Italian holiday. Our room was a standard room but was very spacious with a lovely clean bathroom. The decor for the hotel overall is very 'nordic' - lots of blonde wood and clean lines but our room also showed signs of the old with lovely big ceiling beams.
The breakfast was also the best hotel breakfast we had with a fabulous array of cakes, pastries, bread, cheese, meats, cereal and the option to boil your own eggs.
My only slight whinge is that I found the friendliness of the reception staff a little wanting - they weren't unpleasant just not very friendly.
Overall a great hotel and i would highly recommend!

I stayed at this nice hotel for one week. It is situated in the old centre of Verona nearby the Arena, just a few minutes by walking. The superior room was very spacious, clean and a good bed. Breakfast was also very good compared to standard Italian breakfast. Fresh fruit, cakes, panini, choice of several drinks etc. Only the airconditoning made some noise.

Thank you for your good considerations. We are pleased that you have enjoyed our rooms, and breakfast prepared to try to improve every day and to which we place great emphasis.
The air conditioner is usually silent, have had some internal problem that we could have worked having learned by calling the company to which we turn.
Hopefully if you come back and visit your stay is perfect in every detail. Even more than it has been the past year.

A modern, well appointed excellently located hotel. Well worth the 3 star rating.
Large, air conditioned bedroom with a large quality bathroon including a fantastic shower!
Breakfast was top class. Fruit, cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurts, eggs and sumptuos cakes!
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I can't fault it on anything and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a 4 night stay in a Superior room here this month. I suppose the rooms and public areas are classed as "modern" in taste being utterly devoid of decoration, but that initial impression of blandness is soon dispelled by the many pluses of this hotel from the large bed & bedroom, to the walk-in shower, to the really appreciated complimentary touches e.g. bath robes, slippers & the (rarely found in Italy) tea/coffee facilities. This hotel was larger & busier than many we stay at in Italy, but thoughtful attention to the guest (which might have gone missing) was evident throughout. Breakfast choice was excellent & the location 5/10 minutes walk from the Piazza Bra was ideal. Never got the chance to sample the next door Ristorante, as we wanted to eat outdoors in the evening warmth.

Hotel staff all very pleasant and helpful, buffet breakfast was amazing! Great location, close to the arena and shops. Room was fantastic, tv, mini bar, fabulous shower. Noisey hotel guests were irritating.

Room Tip: Not directly above reception as this room did face out onto the street and you could hear noisey gue...

Thank you so much for commenting and enjoyed your stay at our hotel.
We are grateful to receive these compliments that lead us to want to improve every day.
On the fact of the rooms on the small street outside the hotel, unfortunately we can not do anything.
Since structures of the old town are quite, small and not easy to build the structure perfectly, having these spaces available.
Please follow us on our website and our facebook page for regular updates on events and present events in Verona.
