Just a step away from the Arena. Parking is always an issue in central locations, but that was handled expeditiously and graciously (extra fee). Fine breakfast buffet in pleasant surroundings. Quiet room. Very helpful concierge.

The Hotel is small and has recently been renovated. The rooms are spotless and the service first rate. The shower is miniscule - don't drop the soap or you will have trouble picking it up!
100 metres to the Arena, and less to excellent eating places. We arrived at 2 am after missing a connecting train, but the staff welcomed us and made sure that we were taken to our room. A quaint little lift. We had a balcony where we could sit and have a drink. Beds were two 3/4 beds pushed together and quite comfortable. Breakfast was included and adequate. If I return to Verona, I would certainly stay there again.

All, Went to Verona to see Michael Buble at the Arena and and after reading the reviews decided to stay here. You could see the Arena from the entrance of the hotel which was superb. the hotel was clean ad very quiet which was great after the hustle and bustle of Verona. I would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone and will return again and again. Mark and Nicly , Warwick

Arrived late after a 7hr train ride from Salzburg through the Brenner Pass and was very impressed with the hotel. It is walking distance from the train station (about 15mins, though check before you head out in the wrong direction like we did initially) through the magnificent Porta Nuova and just behind the Arena - very central. The lady on reception was courteous and helpful and offered us an upgrade for 20 Euro per night and allowed us to view the different rooms. We upgraded to a palatial room with a massive bed (the size of my former studio flat in London)! External blind so the room could be very dark if you wanted a sleep in. Quiet alleyway. Staff helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. Good breakfast at which you could boil your own eggs in a special machine! Probably not the cheapest but we were splashing out on a special trip. And December was a great time to go with Christmas markets and lots of hot spiced wine. The Arena is amazing (1st century Roman) and we'd love to see an opera or concert there. Great views from the Lamberti Tower.
