“a beautiful start to an Italian adventure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 November 2013

my wife & I spent just two nights staying here and we absolutely loved it. Melina & Pierpaolo were a great help to us pretty much whenever we needed anything, breakfast was really great with a nice spread with meats, cheese, filled croissants, boiled eggs, cereals, fruits, juices etc...

Room was well appointed and quite modern with some nice little individual pieces to keep your interest, the building and surrounding area for that matter felt very safe, parking in the garage (added cost) was quite simple but i'm not certain i'd want to take a large 4x4 in there... a lift between floors for when you lugging your bags up & down which was helpful

certainly not the most inexpensive option out there but you get what you pay for and we certainly walked away with great feelings

This was part of our honeymoon in Italy and we stayed 2 nights here in early October. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in the Gallery Maria Callas room. It was very spacious, had a wardrobe, a large comfy bed, and a balcony where we say out watching the people on the street below. The bathroom was across the corridor and was private to us (we had a key to the lock the door). It had a powerful shower. The breakfast was amazing - 6 courses !! We made the mistake the 1st morning of getting some cereal and bread, eating these, and then groaned and laughed as course after course was brought out to us by Pierpaolo, including his mum's home-made tiramisu. It was the best breakfast we had in Italy.
The service from Pierpaolo and his friend were excellent throughout.

We stayed for 3 nights and really liked this B and B. The room was large, with a great bathroom that must've been recently redone. They only have 4 rooms so service is personalised, you feel like you're staying in someone's home rather than a hotel. Breakfast is fantastic, home made juices, croissants, home made desserts etc as well as the usual cereal etc. location worked well for us, easy walk to the train station and to pretty much everything in verona. Would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a B&B close to old town with parking, but found much more. Tastefully newly re-decorated, spacious room and well appointed very spacious bathroom - you don't see many B&Bs like this. Parking is comparatively easy to get into, there is a lift from the parking garage to all floors, so no lagging your suitcases up or down the stairs. Welcoming snacks and a fruit basket was a nice touch. Tea and coffee making facilities in the breakfast room are available all day and are included in the price. Breakfast is impossible to finish - Elena comes up with more and more little dishes. Paolo provides advice on everything. Both Elena and Paolo are excellent hosts and work as a team. It is obvious they are proud of the B&B they are running and are working hard to make their guests feel at home. Should we ever come back to Verona, we would not stay anywhere else.

WE stayed there for 1 night passing through. Our host, Antonia, had phenomenal dinner recs - best dinner we had in 3 weeks in italy.. We stayed in the stanley Kubrik suite whiohc was wacky but very cool and nice. Antonio hooked us up with a crib for our baby and the breakfast was great. Very centrally located and worth the price. Not luxury, but a very cozy B&B with good support

Beatiful stunning studio appartment.
Very big room (enough for 4 persons). Fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, big TV.
Our hostess (the mother and her son) were very kind, breakfast was really varied and uniqe.
The place is regular appartments and offices bulding (not an actual hotel) but in the heart of verona, 10 mins from train station, 10 mins from arena.

Thank you guys for the warm hospitality.

Cons- no channeld in english on TV, bit expensive for 2 persons (200 euros per night).

Room Tip: Ask for the orange appartment which is in my photos

We stayed for two nights. It's an ideal location for the arena - just 10 minutes stroll away. The hosts are delightful, and the breakfasts completely original served in great style. Car parking under the building is convenient but at extra cost. There are two rooms, one having bathroom en-suite, whilst the other has bathroom across corridor. At about 100 euros per person per night (with car parking) this does not come cheap. The quirkiness of the en-suite room is OK for two nights whilst the travel noise can be high if the windows remain open. All-in-all, an enjoyable stay with lovely people - and ideal for the opera - but at a price.
