Our stay here was perfect! We booked both rooms, Juliet's room for myself and my husband, Romeo's room for my parents. Both were beautiful. My parents room was a mix of vintage and modern which they loved and ours was modern contemporary which was also loved. Situated in a quiet side street but ideally located, our rooms windows overlooked 'Juliet's balcony'. We had the room with the bath tub next to the bed, loved it! And the bed was seriously comfortable with pristine white sheets. All the girls that worked there were welcoming, helpful, friendly and spoke great English. Breakfast was amazing! We decided to have it in my parents room with them as they had a table for 4. It was delivered by a smart, white-gloved waiter, promptly at 9am as requested. It was SO good! Consisted of ham and cheese with fresh bread, chocolate and fruit pancakes, huge apricot croissants, fresh fruit and endless tea and coffee. A great experience, we would happily recommend this to anyone visiting Verona, well worth the splurge!

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel during our honeymoon and loved it!! The service is incredible and the rooms are beautiful. It is right next to Juliet's house and we could actually see Juliet's balcony from our window. Breakfast is served in the room, beautifully prepared and delicious.

The couple who owns it is as charming as the hotel and the city. We would have loved to spend a couple of more nights and will definitely be returning in the future.

I was very pleased to arrive at this small inn to find a charming, recently remodeled room with all the comforts we could want and meticulous attention to every detail.

We were welcomed by a young lady that let us in and gave us a brief introduction. She made sure we had everything we needed and asked what we would like for breakfast the next morning and what time we would like it served.

The room was very far from an aseptic modern hotel room. A charming combination of the classic Italian ornamental furniture, rustic style and modern refinements highlighted with modern LED accent lighting.

There was a small fridge (not the mini-bar variety but a real under counter fridge that can hold and chill several champagne bottles), a Nesspresso machine and small selection of Nespresso capsules and Italian biscuits.

The inn is right next to the Casa de Giulietta (the front door and two of the suites overlook the plaza and the famous balcony). It's just a few steps from Piazza Erbe and everything we wanted to see in Verona. A Perfect location.

Just outside the front door we found a great trendy pub with live music that proved to be the perfect spot for a "night-cap" on our way back from dinner.

Upon our return we were surprised with our bed covered in rose petals.

The next morning a copious breakfast with freshly made crepes, croissants, breads, meats, etc... was brought to the room the next morning. As a another review pointed out: "white glove service".

For me this is the perfect example of what I want, when I want everything to be just right.

Room Tip: The pub/cocktail bar in the plaza just outside the front door provides great live music and a very f...

They have made an outstanding B&B in their family house, totally central in Verona. We slept in suite Lamberti and I think we had the best one. Room spacious, bathroom new and immaculate, breakfast served at the time of your choice in the room where you have a separate breakfast area. Absolute a winner!
The owners are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Upon arrival we got a parking permit to be able to park on the square right below the apartments. Elevator to take you up to the 4th floor. Quiet during the night. Small details like umbrella's to use, fresh fruit in the room, bathrobes, a coffee maker, stocked up minibar.
We will be back!

Room Tip: Suite Lamberti

This hotel was a mixed experience-- some things great, some things a bit disappointing. Know that it's considered a bed and breakfast because it's not a full service hotel. Nonetheless, each suite has a private entrance accessible from the street, and an amazing breakfast is delivered with white glove service.

When we arrived to our suite, I was surprised that it did not look like what I had seen online. I was looking for modern decor, and instead it was a mixture of modern with old fashioned, to country decor, plus a polyester Persian rug. Still, the place was nice enough and spacious. The room overlooked the famous Juliette's balcony which draws thousands of visitors per day, and is in an extremely central location.

I hear that the photos with the blue room are only the Luxury Suite and that one looked quite similar to what is shown on their website.

Their breakfast was amazing. Crepes, pastries, a huge assortment of delicious fruit, and much more. It was a feast for a king and queen. The service was very friendly though they barely spoke any English so it was rather frustrating. Nonetheless, they tried hard to please us. They even drove to the airport 15+ minutes away to pick up our lost luggage. Above and beyond the call of duty! To top it off, they even had rose petals on the bed when we arrived.

Room Tip: If you're going to go with a Deluxe room (or the base room), ask for the room with the view of J...

Wonderful!!!!
I've been several times in Verona, and I can absolutely guarantee that this is the best option where to stay. Spectacular luxury boutique hotel where everything is perfect.
Great location in the heart of the centre of Verona, from where you can reach all the attraction by feet in a very few minutes.
Great Suites, furnished in a very elegant mood and style with an unique exclusive view direct on the famous Giuletta's Balcony which you will admire also in the evening while the site is closed from all other tourists.
Rooms are equipped with every comfort you may desire like Jacuzzi, wi fi, Led TV, personal kitchen and Minibar, personal Nespresso Coffee Maker, sofas and comfortable beds, with excellent pillows and blankets.
All the staff is extremely professional, nice and kind and will give you all the suggestion to enjoy all the best that Verona can offer you.
Furthermore they serve you a rich, fresh and tasteful breakfast directly in your room, a perfect way to start a great day.
GO THERE, and you will fall in love.......

My boyfriend and I spent one night at Le suite di Giulietta. The room is very clean, flawless but unfortunately the forniture is extremely kitsch and tasteless and made us feel quite uncomfortable. Awful carpet, horrid paintings and pointless chromotherapy lights. The only thing we liked was the big bathtub in the middle of the room but it's so big that it takes 2 hours to fill it.
Ok you have all the comforts, you have the view on Juliet's balcony and a very rich breakfast but the environment is really cold and we didn't like it at all. They could have done something special, stylish and exclusive but obviously something went wrong. We won't come back.
