Simone at the Villa Beatrice gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel very much at home. Our bedrooms were lovely and fully air conditioned our bathroom was next door to the bedroom, there was a lovely kitchen and lounge area for us to sit in, and we were encouraged to use the facilities in the kitchen for making snacks and drinks. For an English group who enjoy a good cup of tea that was priceless. Simone gave us an excellent breakfast each morning, with cereals and lots of fresh fruit and eggs cooked anyway you liked. We had visited Verona for the Opera, and although we had our own transport, Simone offered to drive is to Verona and took us to excellent restaurants prior to the opera, and then arranged to pick us up after the Opera. We were able to enjoy wine with our meal without the worry of having to drive back after the opera.

Villa Beatrice is a family home, and you are made to feel part of the family. It has a beautiful spacious garden which you are free to roam and enjoy. Plenty chairs and sun loungers to lie on. Excellent facilities. I would recommend it to anyone

Location is excellent, app 5-10 mins by car outside the historical center of Verona. Close to the attractions but yet on a comfortable distance from the city in lush and quiet surroundings. Wonderful hospitality and service. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Fantastic breakfasts and a truly devoted host in Simone. No requests were to difficult and full attention was given to assist with every task, bigger and smaller. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay there again.

After landing at the airport of Verona we did stay for 2 nights. The B&B Beatrice is lovely and Simone, the host and owner, makes you feel at home. The excellent breakfast does have a Italian family feel to it. The house in the hills is also a nice heaven to escape the hottest hours in town. And on the return journey we chose to spend another night in Villa Beatrice, to finish the vacation in style. Malika & Jos

A very comfortable B&B, and Simone (male) was very welcoming and helpful. Difficult to find though, our satellite navigation did not find Villa Beatrice so ask Simone for directions. We stayed 2 nights and spent a lovely day sightseeing in Verona and went to the Opera in the amphitheatre - with great recommendations and directions from Simone.

Set in the beautiful countryside and only a short drive (car essential) to the centre of Verona. The house is airy, the rooms and bathroom clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with free use of fridge. Simone was a friendly welcoming host, giving us useful information on the city. Simone supplies an excellent relaxed breakfast that caters for all tastes and he’s juices are the best we’ve had in the northern hemisphere. Travelled with 2 young girls who loved running around the grounds and playing with the dog.
