The location is great, safe and it is close to the Arena and centre of Verona. The flat is secure, clean and modern having recently been refurbished. We enjoyed our stay overall, however, there are a few things I've noted below that we encountered which is why I have rated the review as average.
We stayed for about three weeks over Christmas and found that there could have been a few more basic kitchen utensils like a spatula and a good knife for example. Also, to note, when cooking, having the stove stop on (with 2 or more hotplates at one time) and the grill will blow the fuse and you will need to switch them back on, which is downstairs at the bottom of the building.
The noise of the other apartments around us does travel and echoes throughout the apartment at times but we did spend a lot of time inside as it was holiday having previously lived in Verona, so all of these things I've mentioned you might not endure as much if you are out and about sightseeing etc.
Lastly, we understand plans can change, however, organising an agreed check out time days before then to receive a message the night before telling us we had to be out earlier than we had arranged made it difficult at the last minute to change plans and accommodate our luggage etc - it was just a little disappointing to end on. I would recommend the apartment to friends, especially if staying for a short stay and relaying the few things above.
