We love this place!! From the moment we arrived we've feel like being a king and queen in the palazzo. It's even better than on the pictures.
A little card wit friendly words that we should feel home when we arrived. The appartment was very clean and the beds were very good.
Phill and Sylvie did everything to let us feel our holiday great.
Clean pool, bikes for free, eggs every day from their chicken, very good wine from Sylvie's brother for a very good price. Good info concerning food and siteseeing.
Kitchen is well furnished. Gas BBQ to use for free.
The area is wonderfull, Lake garda+/- 40'- Verona 1h - padova 1h - valdobbiadene 1,5h
Anyway will go back!! We love palazzo rosso farm. Phill and Sylvie Thank you very much .

From the moment we arrived Phil and Silvy our hosts at Palazzo Rosso Farm went out of their way to ensure we were not just made to feel welcome, but also valued. Due to a last minute change we arrived with a 'stowaway' which presented no problem with our hosts who arranged the additional sleeping provision. Fresh eggs were provided daily from Silvy's accomodating hens and wine from her brothers vineyards at a very reasonable 4 € per bottle was another nice touch. Laundry, internet all free of additional charge was very welcome. The description of this venue truly under estimates the outstanding VFM that it is. Phil and Silvy were on hand each morning to provide guidance and first hand knowledge of where to visit and what to see. The apartment was super clean with a good selection of cooking implements the only downside being no oven, but that did not stop us preparing tasty neals and also there are several good restaurants close by along with the availability of the large gas bbq. The pool, outside patio and communal areas were also excellent along with the bicycles that our hosts provided free of charge for all the residents to enjoy. Would we stay here again? YES!

We stayed at the farm while visiting our friends and attending the Italian GP. For us the farm was perfect, we could doing our site seeing trips, visit friends, and then come home and relax at the farm, enjoy the pool, drink the wine produced right there on the farm, which was superb and we really enjoyed the company of Phil and Silvy, the owners, who were very helpful and just a joy to be around. Phils Uncle was visiting while we were there and we had great fun discussing formula 1 and just all sorts of great topics! We also enjoyed the fresh eggs that were put out for the guests every morning and the fresh grapes right from the farm were amazing! The rooms are very spacious, very comfortable and you actually feel completely at home! There are many stores for food and many good little restaurants nearby and some incredible sight seeing near by as well! We purchased several bottles of the wine from the farm before we left, actually bought a new piece of luggage to carry them as the wine is that good!
If you want to really be part of Italy while you are visiting and you want easy access to everything between Milan and Venice, then this is the place to stay. Our family loves this place and we will be back in 2012 for sure!

My 11 year old daughter and I actually spent 6 weeks at Il Palazzo Rosso this fall while I was working in Italy. We could not have chosen a better place. The owners, Phil & Silvy, go out of their way to be sure you feel like you are a welcome guest, almost family. The location is great for sightseeing - 20 mins drive to the Vicenza train station. We were able to take walks around the farm and into the nearby villages, the pool received much use, and we often ate our meals outside on the common veranda. This allowed us to meet and mingle with other guests. Yet, we had the privacy of our apartment as well. The apartments are well appointed, well maintained and we had no problem living in them for 6 weeks. We loved our time there so much that we are returning for 3 weeks in June 2010. And, a few friends have also booked time at Il Palazzo Rosso after hearing of our experiences and looking at our photos. You should have a car to stay here, but that is fine as the grocery store, local cheese shop and local wine cooperative are only about 15 mins away. Also - Phil & Silvy give excellent advice on places to visit - we saw more of the "real" Italy this way. This is a must stay place - you won't regret it.
