Taku is the trendiest sushi in town, and that's a fact. The quality and mise en place is perfect, the food is creative and tasty, but the portions are very small: it's really, really overpriced. It's a "just for show" place, where you make an entry, stand in the spotlight, and go out stylishly hungry (or spend a fortune - that's what we did a handful times before I banished this place from our usual nightspots) But once in a while, it's nice.
