Take your perfect late afternoon in a warm mediteranean country, walk around a vineyard and then an olive grove, guided by the expert who owns and personally works the vines with a passion and then have a guided tasting of 5 of their own wines (lovely) with snacks that match and then their home grown olive oil. I dare you not to buy something and do all that crazy 'wrapping up a bottle in beach towels to get it home in your suitcase' stuff ... trying to keep the warmth alive back in England. It was a lovely late afternoon with my wife and the other 12 or so people on the tour and for 20 Euro each ... excellent. AnneMarie (owner) and Valerie (wine tasting presenter) were lovely.

(Taxi was 24 Euro each way from just the wrong side of Alghero.)

Based to Tripadvisor reviews we decided to join to this tour that includes the guided visit of property and a guided tasting of the wines and olive oil.

The visit was very informative.

The owner gave us a lot of explanations concerning both the vines and olive trees.

After the nice walk, we sat in the beautiful tasting room and we tried all the 5 wines the produce matched with some typical different kind of cheese which were delicious.

We ended with the tasting of their excellent extra virgin olive oil.

We spent a delightful evening with other visitors and we really recommend it.

Don't forget to book in advance.

A group of 11 friends and family came to Wine Resort Leda' d'Ittiri on the first day of a holiday in Alghero. Everyone was in town for a wedding on Saturday and we visited Annamaria on a Wednesday evening at 5pm. It was a wonderful experience and a great introduction to Sardinia and Alghero! Annamaria explained the history of her family's estate, the vines, the wine and the olive oil, but we also learned about the region's Catalan roots and the food, cheeses and other agricultural products that the area is famous for. We had an hour tour of the vineyards and olive groves, which was perfectly timed so that they were bathed in beautiful golden Italian light of the early evening. The tour was followed by a tasting of 4 wines. Each wine was paired with a different cheese and cured meat from the region. What a wonderful experience! Everyone enjoyed it so much and knew exactly what to order at restaurants for the rest of the trip. We recommended it to guests who came later in the week. We will definitely be back, perhaps even to stay at the inviting B&B and take a dip in the pool, which looked refreshing!

Visited this gem during a cruise excursion - after a very warm welcome, our party was given a very informative guided tour around the small vineyard, with explanation of the importance of the sea nearby to flavour the grape, and the critical timing for harvest. We then spent an hour in the garden, tasting 3 delicious wines together with three grades of local pecorino cheese and fresh flatbreads. The highlight of our visit to Sardinia, thank you to the owner. They also do bed and breakfast accommodation, and would love to return for a longer stay.

A real treasure in a beautiful part of Italy.
It axing bake and do buy the wine after as that is even better value.

The guide around the vines and the different grapes used is informative without being zzzzzz

The wine and food tasting is perfect, a really good introduction to the wines and food of this part of Italy.

The host is amazing and also gave a great resturant recommendation
