We stayed here for 14 nights (yellow room). The B&B is across the street from the beach. Furthermore, it has a sea view from the balcony with 2 sun beds, perfect for an afternoon siesta. Stayed in the height of the summer, no issues with noise. The air conditioning in the room worked as needed, no issues there either. Alessandro (the owner/host) is very personable and informative. If/when I return to Cagliari I will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in Antonio's apartment for a week in May, everything was perfect.
The B&B is exactly as shown in the pictures, we tried two rooms out of three and both were lovely and spotlessly clean. You'll quickly get something like a ‘home far from home’ feeling.
The location is fantastic - 1 min walk to the beach and still close enough to reach downtown attractions (10 min bus ride).
Service : amazing. Antonio is an incredibly attentive and careful host who knows when to be hands-on and hands-off. He will provide you with valuable inputs on restaurants and things to do around town. He upgraded our room without us asking, showed up in the morning with edible gifts, fixed our broken bikes, answered all our (many) questions, gave us book recommendations (...)
All in all, if you're the kind of person who won't consider traveling without your Professional 3000W hair dryer or getting a 5 stars continental breakfast, this might not be the place for you. But if you're hoping for an affordable authentic getaway with more of a personal touch than a hotel and with a host that shares the spirit of hospitality and opennesse, then you should definitely stay here.
Special mention to Alessandro : if you are staying long enough you should not miss out on the marvelous excursions he organises (best use of 25 euros ever made).
We feel lucky to have met you, Antonio and Alessandro. You both are wonderful people so knowledgeable and just genuinely good-hearted. In a few days, you managed to foster within us a love of Sardigna as great as your own. Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Sabrina & Wilma
We stayed a week there, It is a very clean flat, 2min walk from the beach.
Antonio is very nice and really helpful, I advice us what is great to do and recommenced us the best restaurant (and not too expensive).

Knew Antonio 2 years ago and he's always been super professional and friendly. The location is superb, and I just LOVE how he furnishes the whole b&b including the terrace. Everything is so clean and cute! Breakfast on the beach is marvelous. And he'd prepared a wonderful map explaining where the restaurants are.
Everything is great and it usb really great to see people that love what they are doing. Thats why we keep coming back to poetto in cagliari to Antonio's b&b. Big thumbs up!
Antonio was superb and looked after us during the stay with recommendations, bicycle loans and general helpfulness. The location was superb and the accommodation to a great standard with lots of space. Would definitely return.
