A beautiful and peaceful santuary ont he top of the hill. The scenery from up there is lovely, so it really deserves the visit!

The Basilica is average when compared with other basilicas in town. The views from here to the castello district, grave yards, and harbor are pretty good. It is easy to access from the marina via bus line 5.

If you are interested in religion, history and art then this is a must. We were surprised at how much time we spent here. Despite what it looks like on the map, you can walk there from the railway station area quite easily.

This church is a bit out of the center. An interesting church, as far as churches go, with a long history. It's a bit of a climb up, so you have to be prepared. Good views of the city and the cemetery below.

It's a lovely church and well worth a visit if you're in the area, but I wouldn't rate it as the top attraction in Cagliari. We spent about 45 mins inside, and a while longer in the grounds trying to make friends with the local cats! Amazing views of the cemetery round the back.
