My wife and I stayed her for one night at the start of our 2 week touring holiday in September, and one night at the end. Comfortable, large stylish room with excellent en suite. Good buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff both during our stays and via phone/email beforehand. WiFi a bit patchy but not a big problem for us. Excellent location, near centre of Olbia but very quiet. Secure car parking available too for reasonable charge. Thoroughly recommended. Just hope they haven't suffered too badly in recent typhoon :-(

We stayed here for two nights during a week long touring holiday of Sardinia and really liked this hotel; it is very classy with well appointed rooms, superior fixtures and fittings and is tastefully decorated with chandeliers and exposed brickwork. I'm not quite sure how it attained it's four star status as it does not have much in the way of facilities such as a bar or restaurant and they have missed a trick with their roof terrace as they only have chairs and there are lots of split level secluded areas that would easily accommodate sun loungers or beds though the presence of rat poison bait traps was a bit disconcerting! Breakfast is served in a lovely stone cellar and there is a very good choice of cheeses, meats, tomatoes, yoghurts, cake, fresh fruit, etc. The only disappointment was the “juice” which seemed to be watered down or simply “cheap”. We opted to pay an extra €5 per day to use the private car park at the back of the hotel, as on street parking is very limited within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, on a quiet street but just minutes from the main shopping and restaurant district. We stayed in room 101, which is on the ground floor immediately left of the entrance, the double glazed bathroom window was not very effective at keeping out the noise but as long as we kept the bathroom door and bedroom window closed it was reasonably quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel may be quieter; room 101 was fine as long as you kept the bathroom wi...

We stayed in the residence as the hotel had no room. The residence is just opposite the hotel, however as much as the hotel has character, the residence rooms lacked a bit. Yet they are roomy, modern, well designed, and very clean. Just one setback, as these are mini apartment, so there's a small kitchen, you must make sure to leave it clean, otherwise you will be charged. There are rooms with terrasse but they face other backyards, but other rooms facing via terme have small standing balcony and a much better view.

Decided to book this based on the decor from their website, and when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by all the modern updates to this hotel - location wise, it's walking distance to the main street of Olbia, and quiet since it's not on the main road. Parking was not a problem, since they have their own parking lot behind the hotel - it's an extra 5 Euros / day, but to not have to find parking, it was well worth it.

The rooms are decent size, we had one on the ground floor - the bathrooms were updated and modern, and we loved the stone decor - Wifi was available but sometimes spotty.

A/C was in the room, which was very helpful, especially in August!

Breakfast was a decent buffet spread; very European with fruits, granola, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cheeses, and salumi. Not American style, but well represented, and you can have a good breakfast.

I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice but not great. The fittings are all lovely in the room however compared to Hotel Panorama for e.g. the service was just average. Breakfast was nice. We had issues with the internet connection- the desk clerk did sort it for us however. There was generally only one service staff member that we could see- so for a small hotel they do their best.

I had a small room in the ground floor. I was disappointed and will not come again here, because the room was very small, we had a small window, and the noise of the street outside is really terrible for that price...
The dekoration and the bathroom is really nice. Parking Space is good.
The people were friendly and they gave us a breakfast the day before, because we had to leave early...
In my oppinion it is overvoted. I would choose another Hotel the next time for that money...

Nice hotel which is easy to find (once you get the hang of the one-way system in the old town) with good parking. Very clean and welcoming with nice bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Breakfast room was really interesting and the food was fine to sustain you for the day. Overall good choice if you are staying a few days and going to the beach during the day and wanting to walk to a good range of bars and restaurants.
