“Center of Palermo”

Another "must see" in Palermo. You are at the borders of 4 districts of Palermo. Each corner has its own story, nice to learn. Four corners also represent four seasons. Go with a guide or read to learn before or there. You will like it. Be careful when crossing the streets, they can be your last corners :))

“The Most Beautiful Crossroads I've Seen”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

This is a lovely place to stop and take a look around. The buildings are riddled with fascinating sculptures and statues.
Definitely take some photos whilst you're there. Over all, an interesting place that you should see, if you've got more than a day in the city, as there are more major landmarks.

“SPELLBINDING junction”
Reviewed 27 November 2013

How is it possible to be facinated because of four corners. Well, visit Quattro Canti, stay at the hotel QuintoCanto 50 mtrs up in the street, and feel the atmosphere. TASTE the noise, breath the feelings and swollow this dessert OF LIFE.
Taking a lot of minutes brake in the Quattro Canti, you will, if you are the right person with emotions, see and experience a part of Old Town which do not excist other places in Palermo.
You can walk down to Via Roma, the most trafficstreet in the whole city. You can walk to the Central Station, as all other railwaystations in other cities. But, we always stopped on our way to or from the hotel in THE QUATTRO CANTI.
DO VISIT IT, IF YOU ARE PLANNING PALERMOTRIP.

“Interesting Palermo landmark”
Reviewed 9 November 2013

If you are walking around Palermo, it will be hard not to pass this intersection as it's located on at the junction of Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Via Maqueda - two of the main roads. It's definitely a unique intersection with statues at each corner and worth a couple of minutes as you are walking through.
