The Capella Palatina is a jewel box of a chapel. Please note that the rest of the palazzo is only available for sightseeing on weekends as it is still used as a government house during weekeday.

The Capella Palatina is one of the most beautiful church interiors I've ever seen, with its colourful mosiacs and gold leaf decoration. It was worth the walk and the entrance fee to see the chapel alone. We didn't see the rest of the palace because it's only accessible by guided tour.

The tour is in italian and they force you to follow them. So you spend 1.5 h to hear italian. We tried to see it by ourselfs snd the were very rude. We asked our money back and to ralk to the manager and the manager came and stared shouting at us in Italian . There are no worfs to descripe the experience.
