We stayed 3 nights here in early June. Hotel is well placed for easy access to places of interest and places to eat & drink, but is a quiet peaceful place. Breakfast was fresh and selection offered was fine. There was a lovely outdoor courtyard seating area to eat or relax in. Our room, which was in a little annexe, was clean and comfortable, albeit rather small.

Room Tip: Our room was quite small. It was in the annexe. I don’t know whether other rooms would have been bigger.

The hotel was great, rooms were very comfortable, the staff could not do more to ensure you had a good stay and it is located in the heart of the historic district. However, immediately outside the hotel is a very run down area and I would not suggest staying at the hotel alone as you may feel uncomfortable coming back in the evening.

My girlfriend and I loved Palazzo Brunaccini from the moment we arrived. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was quaint and cute and very comfortable. Breakfast is fine - generous and tasty and diverse - and the court yard is a lovely quiet place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day before heading out to dinner. (We never ate dinner at the restaurant.)

PB is situated in the middle of everything, and right around the corner from the best farmers street market....so if you're a foodie you'll love it.

It's not five stars and its not the most luxurious place you'll ever stay....but then that's not how they portray themselves and it's not what you pay for. In truth, I've paid a lot more to stay in worse places...it's good value.

Lovely place. I'd go back tomorrow.

Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, quattro canti, chiesa gesu, palazzo frederico, chiesa mantorana, ballaro mercato and fontana praetoria all with a 3-4 minute walk. Rail station only 15 minutes by foot. Some might find the district a little 'edgy' but felt perfectly safe during the day. Would have been nice to be shown to hotel room as it was difficult to find and the breakfasts were a little hit and miss. You need to go early as by 9am there's little fruit, croissants left and a poor choice of cereals. Suprised as well to only be offered black coffee. No offer of cappuccini.......suprising as we are in Italy after all! Dinner though is highly recommended particularly after a hard days sightseeing.

Located in the historic centre of Palermo, Palazzo Brunaccini is a beautifully renovated boutique hotel. Its hallways are lined with works of art as beautiful as the churches surrounding it. Da Carlo restaurant is a showcase for delicious modern Sicilian cooking as shared by chef Carlo. Convenient to the Ballaró market and right next to the Chiesa del Gesù. Private parking available. Courteous and efficient multi-lingual staff at front desk, in breakfast room and in restaurant. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at Palazzo Brunaccini again.
