This is a three star hotel in all sense, it is a good location - easy to find and central, however the bathrooms are very tiny (a large person would have trouble using the toilet), the shower did not drain until turning off the taps - which was evident on the otherside of the wall with paint peeling off where water was obviously leaking through. The first night we had a soap canister in the shower, the next day it was taken away with just the fitting left on the wall, and two tubes of shampoo left behind which was quite strange. We didn't find the outside noise a problem after closing the shutters.
The bed was shocking, a mattress that seemed about 20 years old - hard and lumpy, but the sheets were very clean.
The room was not sound proof as mentioned on literature, you could hear everyone down the corridors and the neighbour using the shower.
The wifi is awful extremly slow.
Breakfast was ok - nothing hot, croissants and other baked goods, yoghurt and cereal - delicious coffee from the staff.
I have to mention the receptionist on saturday and sunday, she was fantastic very helpful with recommendations and probably the best part of the hotel.

The hotel is perfect located between the shopping center and the historical center. You can walk easy everywhere and you are not so far by hop on - hop off bus stop. My suggestion is NOT RENT A CAR IN PALERMO

Very nice people, clean room and good location in the city center. Many restaurants all around and was easy walking to the historical center (the traffic in Palermo is crazy so is not a good idea rent a car) and the receptionist give all the information if you need to go somewhere by train or by bus. They have also a list of excursion made by different companies with different price dipend on the quality. I think is important tell that on a side of the hotel there is an easy entrance for wheal chair. Many thanks to Antonio that is very kind and always smiling

Room Tip: The rooms on the front have good view but noisy for the traffic

The area is very good; proximity to the transport from the airport is an asset. Distance of the hotel to the nearest bus stop of the shuttle bus coming from the airport is a 10min walk (we took the Prestia E Comandè bus. Get off at Plazza Ruggero Settima / Politeama; a ticket costs 6,30 euros one way; you can buy it directly in front of the bus stop at the airport, and in the bus the other way round). Very near other bus routes, near the centre, walking distance to main sites. The room was ok; ours was large and well equiped, except for the lack of a lampshade at the working table. Not exacly the ultimate luxury, but very convenient. The breakfast was good. The management was extremely helpful with a change in duration of stay and solved the problem without any fuss - and the rest of the staff was also very helpful.

Room Tip: Higher floor has less noise from the streets.

I guess the hotel was in an okay area, although I was only there for one night. The staff was really nice, but the room was really awful and nothing really made up for that. There were tiles loose on the floor of the room, and that is so easy to fix, but that was just left like that. The bathroom and room were clean, I think, but I couldn't really tell because of the poor upkeep. I would not stay here again, or recommend it to a friend.

Good location and transport connection: airport bus stop is just 2 minutes away, car rental agency at the same street. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, there is even some sort of info-board with weather forecast and useful sightseeing information. Breakfast are delicious, there are fruits, good coffee, fresh bread and pastry, one day even ricotta cake (traditional and my favourite). And some ham and cheese for those of us, who are not used to italian style of breakfast. Room was big and clean. Wifi works. One thing to improve: kettle in each room :)
