We really enjoyed the stay at the quattro quarti. Everyone does their best to make your stay special. The whole property including the visit of the owners home was a delight. The breakfast and home made jam, pastries, canole etc...including the presentation makes it special. Great location centrally located. Special thanks to Ricardo. He was the sherry on top of the cake. We forgot my wifes wallet and Ricardo gracefully DHL it back to us at a great price and turned a bad situation into a pleasent experiene. Tank you Ricardo.

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of this summer and it is wonderful. The location is prime, you are within walking distance to most of the major attractions.. It is so beautifully decorated, the price is right, the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff was wonderful and they took us upstairs to see the old palace above us. Super cool and wonderful hotels, we loved it all!

Great little B&B handy to everything in Central Palermo. Only 4 rooms hence the Quattro in the name but nice big rooms and an outstanding breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but it was warm when we were there and the Air-Con struggled to cool the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended. Within walking distance of many of the major sites in Palermo, 4 Quarti is an oasis of calm in a busy city. Superb breakfast at a communal table (and I don't say this lightly - most breakfasts in Sicily are good.) The rooms were nicely furnished; the communal space attractive; the hostess friendly and helpful (e.g., we were able to drop off our luggage a few hours early), although our room had no view. Cash only.

A really good low- to mid-budget option in the centre of Palermo (80 Euros for a very comfortable double room). Situated between the cathedral and the "4 canti" junction, just 15 minutes on foot to the waterfront, this was a really good base for our 24-hour stay in Palermo. Lovely hosts and satisfying Italian breakfast. Private, lock-up parking costs an extra 10 Euros but it's your best option if you arrive by car. Only negative was that our room, number 3, was close to breakfast room, so we heard a lot of chat from 8am onwards when we wanted to sleep in til 10!
Recommended if this is your price range.

we stayed here for 3 nights early October. wonderful B&B wouldn't stay any where else if we go back to Palermo.
The room was beautiful, the whole place is spotless.
The Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast but of very high quality. Breakfast is served around one table (8 seats) which some people might find a little off putting sitting with strangers to eat breakfast
The owners speak very little English which is not a negative point for me as I can speak VERY basic Italian, but just thought I would mention it for the people out there who think everyone should speak English!!
Wonderful location walking distance to cathedral, train station ect.

This is an historical building and rooms have recuperated very ancient details and decoration. They are absolutely fabulous. Family that runs it is very gentle and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioning since it didn't cool enough since it was really hot outside and they came quickly to help us out. Breakfast was very very good. Location is also great, we walked everywhere and it was safe. I greatly encourage you to try this b&b.

Room Tip: If you are lucky the owner might give you a "private tour" of their family house (annexed...
