Good location, bright and modern

Easy to find as not in the centre. Parking available but a bit compact.
Friendly welcome. Lovely rooms, comfy bed. Good bathroom .
Great staff, thanks Andrea.
Nice rooftop pool, good for drinks watching the sun go down. Good selection at breakfast. Ask for fresh orange juice though, unless you like poor substitute in the containers.
We were there at Easter and restaurant choice was limited but we still had really nice food. Room service good too.
Close to the amphitheatre, easy walk.
Get a taxi to Ortegia and get local bus back.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable, all the services professional and smooth. But the guys at the rooftop bar - EXCELLENT! Andrea, Dario, (and the girls I do not know by name) - thanks! Mainly for your willingness to make our stay pleasant, for your patience and great service. Perfect experience.

Myself and my partner stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in May 2017. The hotel is lovely and modern, with large rooms. The hotel has free parking onsite which I think is secured. The room was really quiet and you couldn't hear people outside of the room. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, the Greek Theatre is a 5 minute walk, as are the catacombs. The main town centre is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel, where there is a large selection of restaurants. Breakfast was continental style and had plenty of choice. There is a roof top pool which is really lovely and has fantastic views of the city. The hotel is in a good location for foreign drivers, who do not wish to drive into the city centre, as the hotel is on the outskirts. Overall the hotel was exactly what we were looking for as a base to explore the city from, I would definitely recommend.

The Mercury Hotel in Siracusa is a nice place for living here. Good personnel and calm atmosphere will help you to relax. The hotel is not far from railway station Siracusa. It is good place for family accommodation.
