This hotel is based in the main pedestrian street of Taormina. Being very convenient for trips with out car. Although it has parking space with you need. We arrive by car and it was a little difficult to find the parking entrance becaus it is situated in the back of the hotel and the streets were not very easy to understand (typical Italian downtown streets). The room was all right, but the shower space was very very small in the room we were. The cost-benefit was good, mainly for the location. Staff was also very friendly.

Stayed here for seven nights in late July, and I was more than happy with my stay. For a price that is much lower than most other Taormina hotels you get a spacious, spotlessly clean room with a small balcony equipped with fridge, safe and A/C (plus breakfast) in a great location (right on the main street). Our room was in the back of the hotel, and was very quiet even though the hotel is situated on a busy street. Also the WiFi worked really well even though our room was the furthest away from the elevators, which in my experience isn't very common. The hotel is within walking distance to the bus terminal and the cable car station that will take you down to the beaches (Isola Bella, Mazzaró) in just a few minutes. Everyone in the staff, from the guys at the front desk to the cleaners and the ladies in the breakfast room, was super friendly and accomodating - thank you!

The interior design of the rooms might be a little dated, and the selection of food at breakfast wasn't exactly huge (however you were served a freshly made cappuccino every morning which I loved), but for the price I still think it was great. Definitely recommend this place!

The Hotel Victoria offers excellent location, friendly staff and cleanliness. Should not really be rated as 2 star! Stayed for 5 nights with friends, occupying 3 rooms. Both the double rooms and single room are spacious and are equipped with a fridge and safe. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Location is right in the centre of Corso Umberto in between Porta Messina and the belvedere square. We hired a car and used the Lumbi Car Park which offers a free shuttle service from the garage to Porta Messina - very convenient!
The only thing I would comment on is the size of the shower cubicle which is on the small side :)

Room Tip: Ideally ask for a room with a balcony overlooking the street

Stayed here for five nights in July and couldn't have been happier with the place. Great location close to the main bus terminal and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 4 nights in early October. Had a lovely room with a terrace that faced out onto the man street, ideal for people watching!
It's in a perfect location for an affordable price, with a doorway just off the main street. It meant we could wander around Taormina by day and then nip back to the hotel before heading out to the bars and restaurants in the evening.

Room Tip: Some of the rooms face out onto the street which could be noisy in peak months, if looking for a qui...

Salvatore the owner makes you feel extremely welcome. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was a small but well appointed and air conditioned. The beds and towels are changed daily. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but does provide a plentiful breakfast, (typically European) and there are plenty of good places to eat locally in the evening.

The rooms are very clean and ours had access to a small balcony overlooking a garden adjacent to the back of the hotel. However, this was still pleasant to sit at albeit very hot in the heat of the day. Welcome additions were a small fridge in the room free wifi and a safe. The hotel is rated 2-stars but should easily be considered 3-star.
