It may be seasonal, but I was there in June and the Fiochetti con Gorgonzola was the most amazing meal I've ever had, following about 10 of the previous most amazing meals i've ever had, all in this city, and i've been around the world. the fiochetti are little santa sack shaped pasta filled with pears and nuts, and floating in gorgonzola sauce. omg. my whole tour group had to taste it, and then we all came back the next day and ALL of us ordered it. then i came back again. bar sport is the consummate cortona cafe featured prominently in Frances Mayes books (Under the Tuscan sun author.) p.s. you just might bump into her here
