My wife and I return very happily to this place, which is the restaurant of the Relais Chateau "Il Falconiere" and offers highly refined dishes based on the Tuscan regional tradition. The chef Richard Titi is a master in combining flavours with herbs, vegetables, local meats and fish. Try the Fiorentina beef, only to be found in this area (Val di Chiana), cooked to perfection, the lamb with vine leaves, the pici (local pasta) with fava beans and small tomatoes, just to mention one tasty choice. The service is impeccable and performed highly professionally by a relaxed staff which has been employed by Il Falconiere since long time.
