Chiara was amazing, being very friendly even though we didn't understand that having a 3:00 appointment wasn't the same as 3:00 check-in. The apartment was fantastic and we felt very safe in this neighborhood, being in a gated apartment building. Chiara told us about a great place for breakfast and another small restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed both places. This location is quite close to most of the special sights. Our only concern was that there were no sheets/blankets for the sofa bed. Be aware that you need to park in the blue-lined spaces across the street and need to pay at the meter on the corner.

Sorry for the sheet/ blanket, but I prepared the double bedroom and the third bed. I din't know that you prefer that double bed. You are the welcome your next time in Florence.
