We came on this place almost by accident, during a walk around the city. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We prefer a light lunch and they were happy to oblige. The food is good and authentic. The beer, a refreshing local draught. A peaceful haven, away from the masses, and a real relief after the crowded streets of Florence.
When we made a second visit, the following day, we were greeted like regulars, recognised, and treated very well. Had we spending longer in the city, we'd definitely have returned here.
