The wine bar (separate from the restaurant) serves food at lunchtime and has its pizza oven on the go even out of season. The mixed Tuscan starter was sufficient for two people (you will not need one each) and the pizza and meat dishes were excellent. The only others eating with us were locals. the service was swift and pleasant. the prices were reasonable and there was an interesting range of 6 wines available by the glass from an enoteca machine. There was a good atmosphere and the room was interesting. We looked at the restaurant. The layout was rather cramped we were told that it was now rather a tourist haunt, despite being out of the centre. I would certainly go back for lunch, but make enquiries before spending an evening there if your time in Florence is limited. There are authentic local restaurants not yet taken over by tourists.
