“cooking + eating + wine = FUN”
Reviewed 7 June 2014

this was one of the most fun nights of our trip

we made an eggplant appetizer, spinach and ricotta ravioli, pollo alla cacciatora (hunter's chicken), and chocolate souffle - then ate it all downstairs at a big table with all the other students and some tasty wine. Making the food with their great instructions was fun and then eating it all was a blast.

truly a great evening

“Awesome!”
Reviewed 5 June 2014 via mobile

We did the market tour and cooking class for 73 euro, which was a little steep for our price range , but it was very worth it! It was interesting, fun and an overall great experience. Would highly recommend!

“Had a great time”
Reviewed 30 May 2014

I signed up for a pasta making class through my husband's conference. Because we had just gotten in from the US the night before I overslept and had to hurry to get to class. I got there a little late but Stefano was great. We made several different pasta dishes. He was willing to make something for me without wine as I don't drink any and a vegetarian dish for another couple. Overall a great activity and gives you a chance to meet other tourists. You eat what you make at the end in a lovely basement room. I can't wait to try the recipes he gave us. Wish I had taken the other classes too but time didn't permit.

“Great experience!”
Reviewed 23 May 2014

This class was remarkable! We had the extra good fortune of working with Francesco in the 'main ' kitchen, with a small group of 12. Francesco is an excellent cook, great group leader, fine conversationalist with a terrific command of the english language, and an ex-opera singer. We prepared a nice meal, learning plenty of techniques that were new to all the accomplished cooks in our group. The dinner which followed was in the wine cellar - a little noisy, but we were so enthralled by our own creations that it didn't matter. Francesco rewarded us with a little music after we ate. All in all, highly recommend this class for anyone who is interested in acquiring some authentic Italian recipes and info.

“So much fun!”
Reviewed 16 May 2014

One of our most enjoyable activities during a recent trip to Florence. More like a cooking experience than a class because some of the ingredients were already prepared or pre-measured. However, we had a blast, laughed a lot and enjoyed the meal we prepared while meeting some great people. If you have the time you should definitely put this on your "must do while in Florence" list.

ENJOY!
