We stayed three nights in an executive suite which was a very good size with good facilities, including cooking utilities.
The welcome and introduction to the hotel was friendly and thorough.
Staff recommendations for meals were very appropriate and helpful.
The wifi was variable and was out of action at one stage for 4-5 hours but not a real issue.
The location just 3 minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge was fantastic for us to use our 3 day Firenze card which was worthwhile despite some initial misgivings regarding its value.
The bed was very comfortable and. English speaking TV stations was appreciated.
The breakfast included in our torrid was of questionable value as yesterday's panini is not great first thing in the morning and the coffee when delivered is lukewarm.
In hindsight I would forego the provided breakfast and use the small kitchenette facilities it make our own breakfast using supermarket items- the supermarket is about 300 yards away.
