This restaurant was in an old palace and would be easy to miss if you weren't looking for it! The food was excellent, prices were good and service very prompt. There were 8 of us and we all had a different mozzarella dish/salad. Pizza was also available. They had several different types of mozzarella and each was fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend this as a unique and wonderful place to eat.

A totally new and wonderful experience.

Had great fun exploring the wonders of Buffalo Mozzarella.

Hip place for the young affluent set of Florence, but this old couple totally enjoyed the ambiance as much as the food and wine.

A bit pricey, but certainly worth it.

The food here is fresh and packed with flavor. I had a carpaccio with arugula that was terrific. But it's the atmosphere that stands out - relaxed and comfortable, with helpful, warm service. The overall feel is friendly and down-to-earth. Our waitress was helpful offering substitutions when the vin santo we wanted wasn't available. All in all a tasty & relaxing lunch stop.

Super nice place, very trendy and different from your traditional Italian trattoria - nevertheless serving delicious Italian food with mozzarella, mozzarella and mozzarella.
I would definitely recommend the pizza - although it's quite huge so share it with friends, so you can taste different things such as their authentic Burrata (with an accompaniment of your choice).
It's also located not far from the Duomo all the while being tucked away in a hip, high end street. Try it for a quick lunch break away from the hustle of tourists!

The restaurant is on the posh via de' Tornabuoni, it is hip and trendy, but also a very family friendly place. When we were there for dinner we found that aside from our table which has 3 children, there were at least 5 others with small children and one with a dog!

Dishes are much larger than other restaurants we came across in Florence, so do plan your meal carefully. Mozzarella tasting platter is a must. It is super fresh and unique. You can combine it with other side dishes as well. Pizza was also very popular. However, the second course was a bit disappointing after the excellent starters. Beef and chicken were a bit too dry for our liking. However, on the whole food is decent with great cheese in a smart hip atmosphere.
