“Delicious gelato”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 April 2014 via mobile

We tried lots of gelato places while in Florence and this was our favourite. Friendly staff, delicious gelato and good price for a cup of 2 flavours. (3.50euro)
You must try the Ferraro Roche mousse and the pistachio. Outstanding.

“Deceptive and unconscionable conduct”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 March 2014 via mobile

We approached this place to get a gelato in the late afternoon. She asked for which cone we liked and the homemade cone sounded great and it was slight larger than the normal size. We wanted two small scoops and told her we bonly wanted two flavours. She said two or three flavours are the same price. She gave us an equivalent of almost a whole tub at a cost of 15.50 euro. We didnt enjoy it as there was so much of it. We threw most of it away and didnt have a good experience at all. We understand people are there to make money but this behaviour was unconscionable.

“AN OLD FAVOURITE THAT NEVER DISAPPOINTS”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 March 2014

It's one of those places you seek out whenever you return to a city and Coronas is an old favourite of ours. Actually on the corner of Via del Corso it's right on the main tourist walk between the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo, so it's boisterous, busy and right in the heart of the action. A typical classy bar with immaculately attired staff, great coffee, pastries and gelato, (but not inflated prices), it's ideal for a "pit stop" during your walks especially at "aperitivo" time when they put out a few complimentary nibbles at the bar.

“Nice people; good service; quality cappucino, pastries and gelato at a good price”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 February 2014

We went back repeatedly during our stay in Florence. This cafe is conveniently located on the street between The Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. We had quick and friendly service. Was as good a cup of cappucino as any we had in Florence and were happy to spend our money there because it was such a good value. Hey, wait a minute, we are still in Florence! Think I will go back for another gelato.

“Fantastic gelato”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 January 2014

We just wanted gelato after eating dinner at another restaurant. The prices on the cups were clearly marked. If you want the smallest cup, only one flavor is allowed but if you want two, then the cup is 3.5 euros. I so enjoyed the mixed berry gelato. My husband thought the mango/mixed berry was the best while my daughter thought the chocolate chip and carmel was the best. You decide but this is a great place to have gelato.
