The Grand is a very nice clean friendly place to stay. Great public areas and very nice rooms.
The hotel is a little outside the main tourist areas (about 10min walk) but located right along the Arno River.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Food was excellent at the hotel.
Rooms were large and comfortable.
I have stayed at the Westin which is right across from the Grand and both are almost identical from Rooms to Service. Westin tends to seem larger and more conjested but nice just the same. Both seem a little over priced verses other hotels in the area.
