Palazzo Vecchio turned out to be one of our favourite spots in Florence. It was far less crowded than the Uffizi, and therefore a lot more relaxed to stroll through and see the art and history.
Some great replicas of famous sculptures out the front as well, so the experience doesn't end once you leave the building.
