While there are many amazing museums to visit in Florence, this is a small museum that has an impressive amount of sculpture by Donatello, Michelangelo, and many other masters. It is less crowded than the Uffizi and well worth it if you enjoy sculpture. Many of the sculptures are placed towards the center of the rooms so one can walk around them and observe the works from all angles. The building itself is quite beautiful and it is very nice to get some shade walking around in the courtyard area. I would highly recommend this museum!
